It’s a big property, unlike the small shops in the city. We have a lot of open space, which is nice when the bypass road gets noisy with all the trucks and buses. We have been part of this area for a few years. It’s a resort and hotel setup, so we handle different kinds of guests. Some are just stopping for a break from driving, while others stay for a few days. The university brings a lot of life to this part of the road. We don’t really do fancy marketing. Most people just see the sign while they are driving on the NH-58. It’s a practical location for a stop. The staff here is local, and we try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. It gets quite cold here in the winters. We spend a lot of time maintaining the grounds and making sure the building looks okay. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy throughout the year. Having Singh Dwar nearby helps people find the turn-off without getting lost. It’s a landmark everyone recognizes around here.
