Wilsons Cafe

Wilsons Cafe is over in Vyttila, specifically at No.38/2440-D in the Laj Arcade. If you know Ernakulam, you know how hectic the Vyttila area can be. We are located on Kk Road, right near the Kathrikadavu Bridge and the Swapnil Apartment. It’s a spot that sees a lot of traffic, especially during the morning and evening hours when everyone is trying to get across the bridge. Our cafe is just a small part of the neighborhood. We wanted a place where you could step away from the noise of the road for a bit. It’s not a polished corporate place. We have some mismatched things here and there, and the walls have been the same color for a long time. We spend our mornings getting the coffee and snacks ready for the people who stop by on their way to work. Some of our customers have been coming here since we first opened. We know how they like their tea. The space is a bit tight sometimes, but we make it work. It’s just us and a couple of helpers keeping the place going. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just want to make sure the stove stays lit and the customers are fed. It’s hard work, but being part of the Vyttila community makes it feel okay. We just take it one day at a time and do our best.
