Tirramisu

Tirramisu is our little spot in Ernakulam North. We are tucked into the Presidency building on KCM Mather Road. It’s right near Hotel Presidency, which is a big landmark around here, so most people don't have trouble finding us in the 682018 area. We’ve been here for a bit, just doing our thing every day. The place isn't very big, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time in the back preparing things. Ernakulam is always moving, and being near the North station area means we see a lot of different people coming through. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a simple business where we show up, do the work, and go home. Some days are slower than others, but that's just how it goes in this industry. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of staff in suits. It’s mostly just us and the regulars who know the KCM Mather road area well. The building itself is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the right street. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we’re busy. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the local scene here.
