We are located at Kunumpurathu house on link park lane in Ernakulam. Our little shop is right next to the ICICI bank, so it’s easy to find if you’re in the area. We call it a dessert mill, but it’s really just us making sweet things in our own way. The lane is usually quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice. We spend most of our time in the back working on the different recipes. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a massive staff or a big corporate office. It’s just us here in the 682012 neighborhood. We start early to get things ready before the bank opens next door. The smell of sugar and baking is usually pretty strong by then. We don't have a lot of fancy seating or anything. It’s more of a local spot where people stop by when they want something sweet. Sometimes we run out of things early, or the ingredients we want aren't available, so the menu changes a bit. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one on the lane. If you’re walking past the bank, you’ll see our sign. We just keep the lights on and keep working on the next batch. Sometimes we are a bit tired by evening, but we stay until the last order is done.
