It is not a huge establishment, just a local eatery where we focus on the few things we know how to make. The road outside can be quite busy, especially with people crossing over from the bridge throughout the day. We do not have a fancy marketing plan or a corporate head office hidden somewhere. It is just a kitchen and some tables for people to sit down and eat. We try to keep things real and very simple.
