Nostalgia Tribal & Ethnic Restaurant

We are over in Chammany Chambers on KK Road. It's right by the Central Park Hotel in Kaloor. We decided to do tribal and ethnic food because it's what we know best. Most days the kitchen gets pretty busy around lunch time. We've been here in Ernakulam for a bit now. People come in for the specific flavors you don't find at every street corner. It’s not fancy inside, just chairs and tables and good smells. We try to keep things real. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the ingredients didn't come in fresh that morning. That's just how it goes with this kind of cooking. You can find us easily if you know the Kaloor area. The staff is mostly local folks who have been around food their whole lives. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just us cooking what we like to eat ourselves. If you're walking past Central Park Hotel, just look for the sign on KK Road. We’re usually there until the late evening. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about the ethnic dishes we make. It’s a quiet spot usually, unless it’s a weekend. We handle the cooking ourselves and make sure the place stays clean enough for everyone who visits. Come by if you're in Ernakulam and want something different from the usual stuff. We aren't fancy, but the food is solid and the kitchen is honest about what we serve every single day.
