Nila Catering Services India Pvt Ltd

We run Nila Catering Services India Pvt Ltd from our base here in Edapally, right at No 44/2954 on Desabimani Road. It is a pretty busy spot, especially being right across from Oberon Mall on the bypass road. The kitchen here is almost never quiet because there is always some event or function we are getting ready for. We have a big team of cooks and helpers who spend their whole morning peeling onions and prepping the spices. It gets hot back there, but everyone knows what they need to do. We have our own vans that we load up with the big stainless steel containers to drive out to different parts of Ernakulam. Sometimes the traffic on the bypass makes things a bit tight, but we usually figure it out. We handle a lot of weddings and small family gatherings too. It is a lot of hard work lifting those heavy pots and making sure everything is packed right so it doesn't spill on the road. The office part of the building is where we talk to people about their dates and what they want to eat. It is mostly just us working through the lists and making sure the groceries show up on time from the suppliers. We have been doing this in Ernakulam for a good bit of time now and it keeps us on our toes every single day. The pots are large and the work is heavy, but we get through it together as a team.
