NANDANAM PURE VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT

Our restaurant, Nandanam Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, is located on Civil Line Road in the Padamughal area. We are specifically in Kakkanad West, right across from the Y Tower. It is a very busy part of Ernakulam, especially during the office hours when people are heading to work or coming back. Being a pure vegetarian place, we see a lot of the same faces every day. People come in for a quick bite or a proper meal. The address is Door No. 2/577CM-3, but most people just look for the Y Tower and then see us on the other side. The interior is simple. We don't go in for expensive decorations or soft music. It is usually just the sound of plates and people talking. The kitchen starts early in the morning because everything has to be ready for the breakfast rush. We stay busy through lunch and into the evening. Dealing with the traffic on Civil Line Road is a daily thing for us. Sometimes it is hard for people to park, but they still find a way. We take pride in just being a reliable spot in Kakkanad West. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Kerala, just a good place for a vegetarian meal. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a bit. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and cleaning up the kitchen after the lunch crowd leaves. It is tiring but it is what we do.
