Nagas

You can find Nagas up on the 3rd floor of the Lulu Mall in Edapally. We are right in the food court area. Being in a big mall like this in Ernakulam means it’s always busy, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. The 682024 area is a major hub and NH 47 is right outside. We aren't a huge standalone restaurant, just a counter in the food court where we serve our food. It’s a fast-paced environment and we spend most of our time just trying to keep the line moving. We don't have our own private seating, so people just grab their trays and find a spot in the common area. We don't really do fancy descriptions. We just put the menu up on the board and start cooking. It gets very noisy with all the people and the mall music, but that’s just how food courts are. Our staff is used to the rush. We try to be honest about the wait times when there is a big crowd. It’s a practical setup for shoppers who are tired and hungry. We don't have any big corporate mission to talk about. We just want to make sure the food we hand over is what you asked for. Working in the Lulu Mall food court means we see thousands of people walk by. Some stop, some don't. We just keep our heads down and prepare the food as the tickets come in. It can be exhausting by the end of the shift, especially when the mall has a big sale.
