Mings Wok Restaurant

We are situated at number Hb 06 on Main Avenue Road. It’s right in the middle of Panampilly Nagar in Ernakulam. If you are looking for Mings Wok Restaurant, we are directly opposite the Bank of Baroda. This part of town is usually pretty active with people walking around and cars looking for parking spots. We have been here for a bit and we just focus on running the restaurant day by day. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need for the kitchen and the tables. Most of the time, it’s just us prepping ingredients and making sure the floor is wiped down. We don't use any fancy decor or anything that looks too polished. It’s a practical setup for a food place. Panampilly Nagar has a lot of trees and nice roads, which makes it a decent place to work. We see a lot of the same faces from the offices nearby. Sometimes when the rain comes down hard in Ernakulam, we have to scramble to keep the entrance dry, but we manage. We aren't part of any big company. It’s just a small team of us who live nearby and show up every morning. We like being on Main Avenue Road because everything is close by. We don't have a big story to tell. We just open the doors and stay until the work is done at night. It’s a simple life for us.
