You can find us down Keethar Parambil Lane, just off the Alapett Road extension in Perumannur. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, tucked away at No. 55/2443. We mostly spend our days surrounded by fabric, poles, and whatever else we need for the setups. The shop is often a bit of a mess with leftovers from the last job, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team here, mostly just guys who have been doing this for years. We get up early to load the small van and head out to wherever the event is happening. Sometimes we are working in the heat all afternoon, trying to get the drapes to hang straight. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so the locals know the way to our door even if the lane is a bit narrow for bigger cars. We don't really do much advertising; people just see our work or hear about us from a neighbor. When things get really busy during the season, we are barely home, just moving from one site to another. When it’s slow, we sit outside the shop and watch the world go by on the road. It’s a decent life. We just try to do what we are asked and make sure the stuff looks okay before we leave and head back to the lane. It is mostly about getting the colors right for the families.
