KOCHI DARBAR

Kochi Darbar is sitting right there in Koonamthi, over in the Edapally area of Ernakulam. Our place is actually directly across from the Suzuki showroom, so if you find that, you’ve basically found us. It’s a pretty busy spot on the road. We have been operating from this address for a while now. The building is just a regular one, nothing that really stands out from the street until you see the name. We keep things simple inside. There are enough tables and chairs for the lunch rush, and we try to keep the place tidy. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't go in for fancy decorations or those big light displays you see in the city center. It’s mostly just about getting things ready for the day. The kitchen can get quite hot during the middle of the day, but we are used to it by now. People from the offices nearby usually walk over, or folks who are getting their cars serviced across the street come in to sit while they wait. Ernakulam 682024 is where we are registered. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just open up the doors and get to work. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main road is a bit much, but that is just part of being in Edapally. We focus on the daily routine and keeping things running.
