Kettuvallam Restaurant

We’ve been here at Kakkanad for a while now, right on the Seaport Airport Road. Most people know us because we’re so close to the TV Center. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with all the office folks and locals moving about. We just focus on getting the kitchen ready every morning. Some days are faster than others. There’s a lot of traffic outside usually, which keeps things lively. We aren't a big fancy place or anything. It’s just a regular spot where you can sit down and eat. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we kind of know the faces that walk through the door. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables and making sure the food is ready when the lunch rush hits. Sometimes the weather in Ernakulam makes things a bit humid in the dining area, but we try to keep it comfortable. We don't really do anything flashy. It's just about serving meals to people who are working or passing through this part of town. The CSEZ area is always active, so there's never a dull moment. We just open up, cook, and close at night. It’s a straightforward way to run things. If you're near the Post Office or heading towards the airport road, you’ve probably seen our sign. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us and the people who come in here.
