K E R RESTAURANT

We have been set up at the Noor Building for quite a while now. If you know the Pullepady Cross Road area in Ernakulam North, you have probably walked past us a dozen times. We are located right near the Pulleppady Over Bridge, which means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside our doors. It is a busy part of town and we just try to keep up with it. The restaurant isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we cook and serve food every day. Our mornings start pretty early with getting the kitchen ready and making sure the tables are wiped down for the first group of people. Ernakulam gets very humid, so we usually have the fans running at full speed to keep the air moving. We see a lot of commuters and local shop workers who just want a quick meal before heading back to work. Some days are smoother than others. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or a pipe leaks, but we just fix it and move on. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We know most of the regulars and what they usually order without them having to say much. It is just a practical way to run a business in this part of the city. We keep the lights on late and just focus on the next order.
