Hot Plate Restaurant

Our restaurant is at No.27/1017/A in the Avenue Center on Panampilly Avenue. Panampilly Nagar is a nice part of the city, and we’ve been here for a good while now. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the main avenue. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to the people who live nearby. It’s a pretty simple setup, with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don’t really go in for the modern, minimalist look you see in the new places. Our walls have some scuffs, and the menus might have a smudge or two, but that’s because we’re actually working in here every day. Every morning starts with the same routine of getting the stoves going and checking the supplies. The traffic on the avenue can get a bit backed up during the evening, which sometimes slows down our deliveries, but we do what we can to keep up. We’re just a local spot where you can get something to eat without any fuss or formality. The staff knows most of the people who walk through the door by name. We aren't trying to win any awards; we just want to make sure the food is ready and the place is open when people are hungry. It's just a regular kitchen doing regular work.
