Our place is over on Azad Road in Kaloor. It’s called Kettuparambil House, number 36/2369A. If you know the Cochin area, you know Azad Road can get pretty busy with all the cars and people moving about. We’ve been set up here at D B Power Electronics for a bit now. It’s basically just a workspace filled with parts and equipment. We aren't big on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. Mostly, it’s just us working on whatever comes through the door. Kaloor is a good spot because everything is close by, but the parking can be a real headache sometimes. We usually tell people to just park where they can find a gap and walk over. Inside, it’s a lot of testing and fixing things. We have a few benches set up and some old chairs that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don’t have a big staff, just a handful of us who know the routine. We start early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a straightforward way to run things. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving boxes or soldering. It's a local operation, and we like it that way. We have a small fridge for our lunches and we usually take turns getting tea from the shop down the street. It’s a simple, honest life here on Azad Road and we wouldn't change it much.
