WindsorS Whispering Windows

WindsorS Whispering Windows is located right in Library Bazar in Mussoorie. If you have ever been up here, you know that the zip code 248179 covers a lot of the main market area. Our place is an old building that has been around for quite some time. The windows are old and they do tend to let the wind in, which is probably why the place got its name. It’s not a luxury hotel with a bunch of staff in uniforms. It’s just a small spot where we take care of things ourselves. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass because the mountain mist leaves streaks everywhere. The floors are made of wood and they creak when you walk on them. That is just how it is in the hills. We don't have a big office or a marketing team. Most people just find us while they are walking through Library Bazar. It gets very cold in the winter, so we spend a lot of time trying to keep the place warm. The noise from the market comes in through the day, but it gets quiet at night once the shops close down for the day. We don't have any big speeches about our history. We just provide a place for people to stay while they are visiting. It’s a lot of laundry and making sure the rooms are tidy for the next person. It’s a simple life up here in the mountains and we just do what needs doing.
