Ashirwaad Restaurant and Fast Food

You can find us on the Jogiwala Ring Road in Dehradun. We are quite close to the Sky Garden wedding point, which is a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. Dehradun has changed a lot, and this road is much busier than it used to be. We have a small place where we serve both regular meals and some fast food items. It is just a simple setup with some tables and chairs for our customers. We don't have any fancy lighting or air conditioning. Most of our customers are locals or people passing through on their way to other parts of the city. We open the shutters early to get the kitchen ready for the day. There are a few of us working here, mostly just doing the cooking and serving the plates as they come out. The Ring Road gets a lot of traffic, especially in the evenings when people are heading home from work. We see a lot of the same faces every day. It is not a place where you would come for a big celebration, just a spot to get some food when you are hungry. We try to keep the place clean and the food hot for everyone. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when there is a big event at the wedding point nearby. We just handle the orders as they come in. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. We don't have a big sign, just the name above the door for everyone to see.
