Vinayak Restaurant

We are over here at I 84 in Nehru Colony. If you know where Fountain Chowk is in Dehradun, we are just right by that spot. It is a decent place to sit down and get something to eat when you are out in the city. There is nothing too fancy about how we set things up, just some tables and the usual kitchen stuff going on in the back. Most of the folks who come in are people living nearby or those who work in the offices around Nehru Colony. Sometimes we see travelers passing through too. We keep the place clean as much as we can, though it gets a bit dusty with the traffic outside. The staff here is just a few of us who have lived in Dehradun for a long time. We know the area well and like being part of this neighborhood. On rainy days, the view of the street from our window is actually quite nice. We do not spend much time on decorations or anything like that because we focus more on just getting the food ready for whoever walks through the door. Usually, it’s pretty busy around lunchtime and then things quiet down in the afternoon before the evening rush starts again. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here. We have been at this address for a while now and most people know us by name. It is just how things are around here in Dehradun.
