Our place is out in Energy Acres, which is a bit of a trek through Prem Nagar. It’s quiet out here in Bidholi compared to the city center, but it gets plenty busy with all the students and faculty running around. We spend a lot of time managing the day-to-day stuff that keeps a campus going. There's always something needing attention, whether it's a classroom issue or just keeping the grounds looking okay. The air is a bit fresher out this way, which is a nice change of pace. We've got a lot of space, hence the name Energy Acres, and it really feels like its own little community. Most of us commute from the surrounding areas every day. It’s a lot of walking between buildings. We don't really do the whole corporate vibe; it's more about getting the classes scheduled and making sure the lights stay on. Sometimes the weather gets a bit wild, but we just deal with it. It’s a place for learning, but for those of us on the staff side, it’s just about keeping the wheels turning. We aren't flashy about it. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a decent spot to work, especially with the hills nearby. We try to keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. It can be a long day, but the environment makes it better than being stuck in the middle of a concrete city. We don't really bother with big speeches.
