Uday restaurant

Uday restaurant is located at No-36 in the Bansal market. We are right near the PNB here in Dehradun City. It is a small place but we make it work. The market gets quite crowded especially in the afternoons. We have been here for a good bit of time now. Most people know us as the spot near the bank. We open early to get the stove going. Dehradun 248001 is where we live and work every day. It’s not a big fancy establishment, just a local eatery. We have a few tables and some chairs that have seen better days but they work fine. We focus on getting the cooking done. There is always a lot of washing up to do. We don't spend much on ads or anything. People just walk in from the market when they are hungry. We try to keep things tidy. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front but that’s just how it is in Bansal market. We know most of the shopkeepers around here. They come by for tea or a quick bite. It is a humble operation. We just want to keep the lights on and serve the food people like. No frills at all. Just us working through the day. We manage the kitchen chores ourselves and usually close up once the market gets quiet in the evenings. It is just simple work.
