The Spice Restro

You’ll find The Spice Restro at 3, E C Road, right in the heart of Dehradun City. We’re very close to Crossroad Mall, so it’s a very convenient spot for anyone who is out and about in the center of town. We aren't a big, fancy chain restaurant. We’re just a local place where we try to serve good, honest food every day. The interior is pretty simple—we did most of the decorating ourselves with things we liked. It might not look like a professional designer did it, but it feels comfortable to us. Our kitchen staff are local people who know how to use spices the way they’re used in real homes around here. We get our supplies from the local markets every morning to make sure everything is fresh. The restaurant can get a bit crowded on weekend evenings, and the noise from the street sometimes drifts in, but we think it adds to the feel of being in the middle of the city. We don't have a big corporate team making decisions for us; it’s just us making sure the floors are swept and the food is hot. We like being a part of the Dehradun community and seeing regular customers come in week after week. It’s a straightforward business. We just want to provide a decent meal and a friendly place to sit for anyone who happens to be on E C Road.
