The Bangols Kathi Rolls And Punjabi Taste

We are over at L-43 in Kehri Gaon, which is part of Premnagar in Dehradun. It’s a bit of a long name, The Bangols Kathi Rolls And Punjabi Taste, but it tells you exactly what we do. We aren't a fancy sit-down place with waiters in suits. It’s more of a local joint where you get good food and go on your way. We started this because we liked kathi rolls and thought Premnagar could use more Punjabi flavors. The kitchen is small and it gets hot, especially in the summer months. We do everything ourselves, from chopping the onions to rolling the dough. Being in Dehradun City, we get a mix of students and people living nearby. 248001 is where we are based. We don't have a marketing budget or social media managers. We just hope the food tastes good enough that people come back. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by evening if the day was busy. That’s just how it goes with fresh food. We keep things simple. No complicated recipes, just stuff we like to eat. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but you can still find us. We aren't trying to win any awards or be famous. We just want to serve a decent meal to whoever walks in. It’s a small shop but it’s ours and we work hard to keep it going.
