Snazi Restaurant

If you are walking around The Mall, you might have seen Snazi Restaurant near The Constradt Hall. We've been here for a bit now, just serving food to whoever walks in. The location is busy, so we see all sorts of people, from tourists to locals just finishing up their shopping for the day. It can get pretty noisy out there on the street, but inside it’s just a normal place to sit down for a meal. We don't have any big secrets or special recipes, just the kind of food we like to eat ourselves. The kitchen gets busy around lunchtime, so sometimes things take a minute longer than we’d like, but that is just how it goes when you’re right in the middle of everything. We keep the place clean and try to make sure everyone leaves full. My brother handles the seating and I spend most of my time making sure the supplies are coming in right. Running a restaurant at 248179 has its ups and downs with the weather and the crowds, but it keeps us busy. We aren't some big chain, just a local spot where you can get a decent plate of food. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the old building acts up, but we just fix it and keep going. We don’t do much advertising, mostly people just wander in because they’re hungry and we’re right there. It’s a simple living for us.
