Punjabi Masala A/C Restaurant

Our restaurant is called Punjabi Masala A/C Restaurant and we are at Shop No. 69 on Gandhi Road. We are quite close to Prince Chowk in Dehradun City. Being in the heart of the city means it is always crowded outside. We decided to have air conditioning because Dehradun can get quite stuffy in the summer months. It is a simple place, not too big and not too small. We have been here on Gandhi Road for a while now. It's a family-run kind of thing. We don't have any corporate bosses or fancy rules. We just come in, clean up, and start the day. The noise from the market and the vehicles at Prince Chowk is constant. We just provide a place where people can sit down for a bit. Our furniture is basic and we don't spend money on decorations. We think the food is what matters most. We see all kinds of people, from shoppers to local shopkeepers taking a break. It's a lot of hard work staying on your feet all day, but it's what we do. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just want to finish the day knowing we did our job. If you are near the city center and need a seat in the A/C, we are right there near the chowk.
