Parantha Omelette Junction

You can find us over at 105/3 Ballupur Chowk, right on GMS Road in Dehradun. The area is usually pretty hectic because of all the traffic at the junction. We call ourselves Parantha Omelette Junction because that is basically what we do. It is a straightforward shop with no frills. We are located near Ballupur, and the pin code is 248001. We have been here for a bit now. Dehradun has changed a lot, but this corner stays pretty busy. We do not have a big team or any corporate training. It is just us in the kitchen making food. Sometimes the shop gets a little smoky when the stove is running high, but that is just how it goes. We do not use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local spot for people who are hungry. Sometimes we run out of ingredients late in the day, or we might be a bit slow if there are too many orders at once. We are just regular people working a regular job. The rain in Dehradun can be quite heavy, which sometimes keeps people away, but we stay open anyway.
