You can find us over on the Haridwar bypass in Dehradun City, not too far from the Kargi chowk area. negi ji restaurant is a pretty simple place, nothing too flashy about it. We just open up every day and start getting the kitchen ready for whoever walks in off the road. Being near the bypass means we get a lot of people just passing through Dehradun, and they usually just want something hot to eat without any fuss. The 248001 area is always moving, so it gets noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we just keep it casual. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the morning rush and the late evening crowd coming from the chowk.
