Located at 69 Rajpur Road inside Laxmi Chamber, this spot has become a second home for us over the years. Dehradun City is a beautiful place to live, but it can get quite busy around this specific area. We’ve kept the place pretty much the same since we first opened the doors. It’s got that old-school feel that you only find in these types of older chambers. We don't use any fancy technology for taking orders; it’s mostly just us writing things down on paper and shouting through to the kitchen. The menu has what we know how to cook well, and we don't try to do too many different things. It’s a bit of a climb or a walk depending on where you managed to find a parking spot, but once you’re here, it’s comfortable. We get a lot of locals who have been coming to see us for years. We aren't looking to expand or become some big brand name. We just like running a shop in our own city. The weather in Dehradun changes fast, so we keep the windows shut tight when the mountain wind gets too cold in the winter. It’s a practical place for people who want a real meal. Sometimes we run out of specific items early if the market was short that day. We just explain it to the customers and they usually understand how it goes.
