Moon Light Foods Restaurant is located in the Cj Complex on Rajpur Road in Dehradun. We are up in the Jakhan area, right near the petrol pump. Rajpur Road is always full of people, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk. Our shop isn't the biggest in the complex, but we make use of the space we have. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients and making sure the kitchen is ready for the dinner rush. It’s a lot of work and sometimes we get tired, but that’s part of the job. The interior is quite basic with a few tables and chairs for people to sit. We don't have any fancy music or flashy signs. We just want to serve food to the locals and the tourists passing through on their way to Mussoorie. Sometimes the parking in front of the complex gets full, which can be a bit of a headache. We try to keep the prices fair so anyone can come in. The kitchen gets hot in the summer months, even with the fans going. We use fresh stuff from the market every day because that's what we've always done. It’s just a regular restaurant run by people who care about the work. If you are driving up Rajpur Road, stop by if you are hungry. We are right there by the petrol pump and the shop complex.
