Kumar Vegetarian

Kumar Vegetarian is right on Rajpur Road at 15-B. This part of Dehradun, with the 248001 pin code, is usually quite active. Being on Rajpur Road means we see everyone from students to office workers. We only do vegetarian food here. It’s just how we’ve always done it at 15-B. The shop isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside, but it’s our spot. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and getting the kitchen ready for the lunch rush. Rajpur Road can get pretty crowded with traffic, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. We’ve been part of this street for a while now. People come in because they want a simple meal without any meat. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We keep the floors swept and the tables wiped down. Most of our regulars live right here in Dehradun and stop in after work or while they are out shopping on the main road. It’s a basic business model. We buy the stuff, cook it, and serve it. No big fuss. If you are walking down Rajpur Road, you’ll see our sign. We are just a local place trying to do our thing every day at 15-B. It's a busy life but we've gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the people.
