Kohli Restaurant

Kohli Restaurant is situated at Shop No. 69 on Gandhi Road in Dehradun. We are quite near Prince Chowk, which is a major intersection in the city. The 248001 area is right in the heart of things. Dehradun City has changed a lot, but Gandhi Road still feels like the old center of town. Our shop is not very large, but it is enough for what we need to do. We have been here for quite a while, watching the city grow and change around us. The road outside is usually full of people heading towards the railway station or the clock tower. We spend our mornings setting things up and getting the place ready for the day. It is a simple routine of sweeping, dusting, and checking that the lights are working. The building is an older one, and it has its quirks, like the way the door sticks sometimes when it is raining. We do not use any marketing tricks or fancy language to talk about our place. We are just a local restaurant on a busy street. People know us by our location near Prince Chowk more than anything else. It gets a bit cold here in the winters, so we usually keep the front part closed up a bit more then. Most of our day is spent just managing the flow of people and making sure the tables stay clean. It is a steady life here.
