Vermello Icecreams Private Limited

We are over here at No.95 Kamaraj Street in Golden George Nagar. It’s a busy part of Nerkunram and that is where we run Vermello Icecreams Private Limited. We spend most of our days working with the freezers and getting the batches ready. There isn't anything fancy about how we do things. We just show up every morning and start mixing the ingredients to get the ice cream right for whoever stops by. Some days are more crowded than others, especially when the weather gets really hot around here. People know the shop and they usually just drop in for a quick scoop. We try to keep things clean and tidy but it’s a working kitchen so there’s always something going on. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to move fast to get everything stored before it melts. It is a small team and we all know each other well. We have been in this spot for a bit now and have gotten used to the noise from the street outside. It’s just how it is. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or anything because there is too much work to do inside. We just focus on the containers and making sure the lids are on tight. If you are walking down Kamaraj Street you will probably see us there. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who live nearby.
