Premium Coco-Nuts Corp Llp is on the first floor of a building at No.10/3 in Kumaran Nagar, Sivalingapuram. This is in the Korattur area. We have been working from this first-floor space for some time now. Dealing with coconuts is a bit different from other businesses because it’s a very specific product. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks for the staff. The windows look out over the street in Kumaran Nagar, and we can see people going about their business. Korattur is a nice, steady place to be. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate slogans. We just focus on the quality of the coconuts we are dealing with. Usually, the day is spent checking on orders and making sure the logistics are moving. We communicate mostly in a very plain way, just saying what needs to be said. If someone comes by, we offer them a seat and talk business directly. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just do what needs to be done to keep the business running. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep at the end of a long day, but that’s just part of it. It’s a simple, honest operation in a quiet part of town.
