New Shankara Milk Agencies

We've been around Anna Nagar for a while now, right over on 6th Avenue in shop number four. People usually find us because we're quite close to Little Hut Restaurant. Most mornings are pretty busy here at New Shankara Milk Agencies. We get the milk crates early and start setting things up before the sun is even fully up. It’s a simple routine we’ve stuck to for years. Chennai can get hot, so we make sure the cooling is always running right. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. Just a counter and the fridge. Sometimes the traffic on 6th Avenue gets a bit much, especially around the school run times. Residents from the nearby apartments walk over mostly. We know a lot of the faces by now. If someone forgets their change, we just keep it aside for their next visit. That’s how things go here. The shop is small but it does the job. We keep track of everything in a ledger book. It’s not a high-tech setup. If you’re passing by the restaurant, you’ll see our sign. We try to keep things stocked up so people don't have to go far. It’s mostly just daily essentials and of course the milk packs. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re here most days from early morning until the evening.
