Love Only Ice Cream & Juice Shop

The shop is located at number 73 on Perumal Koil South Mada Street. It’s right in the heart of Villivakkam. Being on a Mada street, we are very close to the temple, so we get a lot of people who are coming or going from their prayers. It’s a very traditional neighborhood. We have both ice cream and juice because some people want one and some want the other. The shop is quite narrow, so it can feel a bit crowded when a whole family walks in together. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building is older, which gives it some character, I guess. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after making juices because the fruit can be messy. It’s a lot of work to keep everything tidy. The street outside is usually full of pedestrians and some cows occasionally wandering by. It has a very local, homey feel to it. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything. We just put the sign out and hope for the best. Most of our customers are people who live just a few houses down. We know their names and what they usually order. It’s a nice way to spend the day, even if it gets a bit tiring in the humidity. We just keep going. People know they can find us here every day when the sun is out.
