Grace Ice Cream

You can find Grace Ice Cream at No: 19 on the 3rd Main Road in Dhandeeswaram Nagar, Velachery. We have been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. Velachery is a busy place, but our little corner on 3rd Main Road stays relatively calm. It’s a residential area mostly, so we get a lot of families walking over after their dinner. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. The shop is just a plain room with some freezers and a counter where we serve people. We keep it clean and make sure the lights are on every evening. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit difficult with the water on the roads, but we stay open as much as we can. It’s just a small local business run by people who live nearby. We know the people who live in the houses around us, and they know us. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks or anything; people just come because they want a cold treat. Being in Dhandeeswaram Nagar is nice because it feels like a real community. We spend our days checking the inventory and chatting with whoever stops by for a scoop or two. It isn't a complicated life, but it’s ours. We plan on staying right here at this address as long as we can keep the freezers running and the customers coming. It’s just how we do things here.
