You can find Cozyat Multifab Associates on the 1st floor of building 383 in the Fie Patparganj Industrial Area. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s full of trucks and other businesses like ours. We have a modest floor space where we manage our fabrics and various materials. It’s usually quite busy with people moving rolls of cloth around or checking orders. Being in Patparganj is useful because everything we need is nearby. Our stairs are a bit steep, and the building has that industrial feel to it, which we like. It shows we actually work here. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just walk into the workspace. There’s no pretense at Cozyat Multifab Associates. We are a small group of people who understand the fabric business. We spend our days making sure the counts are right and the quality is what it should be. The industrial area can be loud, but we’ve grown used to the background noise of machines and sirens. It’s a place for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No corporate fluff, just a 1st-floor workshop where we get things done every single day. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know every creak in the floorboards. It works for us.
