Our place is on the first floor of the Shree Mahavir Market, over in Kucha Natwan. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how those narrow lanes can be. It’s always crowded with people, carts, and all sorts of things. Being at No. 1092 puts us right in the thick of the old city. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit more organized than the street. We’ve got the textiles stacked up all the way to the ceiling in some parts. It’s a traditional way of doing business that hasn't changed much over the years. We don't have a big fancy sign or a modern lobby. It’s just us sitting among the stock, talking to customers and keeping track of the orders. The building is quite old, so the floors are a bit uneven, but it has character. We get a lot of people coming through every day, and it can get quite warm in the afternoons. We just keep the fans going and carry on. It’s a practical setup for the kind of volume we handle. Most of our days are spent negotiating and checking the fabric. It’s busy, it’s noisy, and it’s exactly how a business in Chandni Chowk should be. We just focus on the work and let the city go on around us while we handle the orders that come through.
