The Khansaama Restaurant

We are located at Sco-35 in the C Block Market area of Ranjit Avenue. It is right near the Royal Arms Gym, so you probably know the spot if you live around here in Amritsar. Being in the 143001 area means things are always pretty busy outside our door. We have been here for a good while now, just running the place as best as we can. It’s not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We are just local people. Every morning we come in, get the lights on, and start our daily routine. The market has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or trying to look like a big chain. We just keep the tables clean and the kitchen moving. It is hard work, especially when it gets crowded in the evenings after the gym crowd finishes up. We know most of our neighbors and the people who walk by every day. It feels like a real community here. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch or talk about some grand vision. We are just here to do our job and keep the doors open for anyone who wants to stop by. That’s pretty much us.
