A 1 Khana Khazana Restaurant is right here in Sco 8 at the Distt Shopping Complex in B-Block. We’ve been in Ranjit Avenue for a while now. It’s a busy part of Amritsar and we see a lot of people coming through every single day. Most of the time it’s just us getting the kitchen ready early in the morning before the lunch crowd starts showing up. It gets pretty loud and hot in the back when we are cooking, but that is just how it goes in this business. We are situated near all the other shops in the B-Block area so there is always something happening outside our door. Sometimes people just stop by because they are already doing their shopping nearby and they need a place to sit for a bit. We don't have anything too fancy here, just tables and chairs and the food we make. My staff and I have a routine where we clean everything up at night and then start it all over again the next day. We spend most of our lives inside these walls making sure things run okay. It is a lot of work but we are used to it by now. There isn't much else to say really, we just keep the doors open and do our job.
