Ashu kulcha land is right in the middle of the action on 100 feet road in the Main bazar area of Amritsar. Our pin code is 143002. We are situated quite close to the Amritsar hospital, so a lot of people who are visiting the hospital or working there end up coming to us for a meal. The shop is not very big, and it can get quite cramped when the lunch rush starts and everyone is hungry. We’ve been at this Main bazar location for a good while. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long, from the rickshaws to the people shouting about their wares. It’s a lively place to work, that is for sure. We don't have fancy menus or anything like that. We just have what we make fresh. The oven stays hot from the early morning. Most of our customers are regulars who live nearby or work in the various shops on 100 feet road. We know most of them by face and know what they like to order. Running a food place in Amritsar is tough because everyone is an expert on taste. We just try to keep it simple and honest every day.
