Avtar Non Veg Dhaba

We are located on the main road at Albert Road in the Rani Ka Bagh area. It is very close to the Amritsar Railway Station, so we are right in the 143001 part of the city. Since we are a dhaba, we do not try to look fancy or polished. We have our kitchen right out there and the tables are set up for anyone who is hungry for some non-veg food. The smell of the spices and the meat cooking usually fills up the air around our shop. It is a noisy street with plenty of rickshaws and people rushing to catch their trains. We have been in Rani Ka Bagh for quite a while now. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or travelers who just got off a train and want a heavy meal. We use big pots and open flames for all our cooking. It gets very hot and crowded during the dinner rush in the evening. We do not have a huge menu with fancy dish names, just the regular stuff we have been making for years. The staff is small, mostly just family members and a couple of helpers. We spend the day washing dishes, prepping the meat, and serving plates as fast as they come. It is a real, local Amritsar dhaba experience. We just open the doors and get the fire started every morning.
