Angrezee Dhaba(Famous Delhi Restaurants Chain)

Our place, Angrezee Dhaba, is located at 110 Albert Road in Amritsar. Even though the name mentions a famous Delhi chain, we are right here in the 143001 area. We’ve been on Albert Road for a while and it’s a good spot to be in. Amritsar is a city that loves its food, so we have to stay busy to keep up. It’s a straightforward dhaba setup. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. The building is an old one but we keep it going. There’s a lot of history on this road and we feel like a small part of it now. We don't have a huge staff, just a few people who know what they're doing. It gets crowded during lunch hours and in the evenings when the locals come out. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a bit rough around the edges sometimes, but it’s real. We handle our own supplies and make sure the kitchen is running every morning. If you're near Albert Road, you can't really miss us. We just do our best to get the orders out fast and keep the place running smoothly every single day. We are just a local dhaba making our way in Amritsar like everyone else.
