AMAN DAHBA

Aman Dahba is located right on the main GT Road in Amritsar, specifically at shop number 288. We are very close to the Bye Pass Chowk, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our doors. It is a busy area, but we like it that way. We've been serving food here for the people traveling through and the locals who live nearby for a long time. The place is basic and we don't put on any acts. We just cook what we know. There's no fancy menu or anything. Most people stop by because they are tired from driving and just want a hot meal before they head back out. The kitchen is always going. You can hear the pans clanking from the street. It gets dusty because of the road, but we try our best to keep everything tidy. Life moves fast on the GT Road but inside we try to keep things steady. It is just us and the food. No big team, just a few of us making sure the plates are full. We appreciate anyone who stops in.
