Al Fresco

We've been here at Hall Bazar in Amritsar for a while now. Being part of the Ramada setup keeps us busy, especially with the Golden Temple so close by. People walking through the bazaar often find their way to us. It's just how things go around here. Some days the streets are packed, and other days it's just the usual local crowd. We focus on getting things ready every morning. The staff shows up, sets the tables, and waits for the first person to walk in. Living and working near the Golden Temple means there is always a lot of energy. It’s not a fancy place, just somewhere to sit down and eat. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with the daily rush is part of the job. Sometimes the weather is hot, sometimes it rains, but we are open. We’ve seen a lot of tourists and locals come through these doors. Most people are just looking for a decent meal after walking around Hall Bazar. We don't do anything too complicated here. Just a regular spot for people to stop. The address is 143001, right in the middle of all that action. It gets noisy outside, but inside is different. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s a job, and we take it seriously enough. You can find us right there near the temple gates. It's a plain building but it works for us.
