Bakes & Beansbakes & Beans is located at Sco- 24 within the Distt Shopping Complex in Amritsar. It’s a pretty central spot where people come to do their weekend shopping or meet up with friends. We decided to set up here because there is always a good mix of people passing through the complex. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it every day. We spend a lot of time making sure the coffee is ready and the food is out on the counter before the morning rush starts. It can get a bit chaotic when the shopping center is full, but we prefer the noise to a quiet room. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the other offices in the complex. We don't go in for anything too flashy; we just have our tables and chairs set up for whoever needs them. Running a place like this in Amritsar means you meet all sorts of people, and that’s the part we enjoy the most. Sometimes the supplies arrive late or the machine acts up, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people feel like they can just hang out without any pressure. We aren't a big franchise, just a local shop in the complex. It is just how we run things here.
