You can find us inside the M.K. Hotel, which is right in the District Shopping Centre at Ranjit Avenue. We are specifically located in C-Block. Being part of the hotel building means we get a real mix of people staying upstairs and folks from the local neighborhood here in Amritsar. Ranjit Avenue is a pretty popular area for everyone, so there is always a lot of foot traffic around the shopping center during the day. We’ve been operating from this specific spot for several years now. The space inside isn't huge, but we have enough room for families to sit together and enjoy themselves. We mostly focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is running the right way. It’s not one of those places with a lot of fancy decorations or modern art; we keep things pretty simple and useful for our customers. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so it feels like a local crew working together. We see a lot of the same people coming in every weekend for their dinner. Sometimes the shopping center gets really crowded, especially on the weekends or during holidays, but we just keep the doors open and do our best to keep up. It’s a straightforward business for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything fancy. We just show up, cook the food, and make sure everything is clean.
