Taal Restaurant

Our restaurant is located within the M K Hotel at the District Shopping Centre in the Ranjit Avenue area. Amritsar is a very busy city, and this specific neighborhood is one of the spots where everyone goes to shop or just hang out with friends. We’ve been here at this address for a long time now. It’s a simple and practical setup inside the hotel building. We don’t have any big flashy signs out on the main road, so most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they happen to be staying at the hotel. The dining area is kept plain and clean, just the way we like to have it. We have a small team working in the kitchen and just a couple of people working out front to help the guests. Most of our day is spent cutting up vegetables and getting the food ready for the evening rush. It’s not a corporate chain restaurant, just a local place where we try to do things the right way. We get a lot of families from around Ranjit Avenue who come in when they don't feel like cooking at home. It’s always nice to see the same kids growing up over the years as they keep coming back. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves or what we do here. We are just a restaurant in a hotel trying to serve food.
