Sheetal Again (The Boutique Restaurant) Wtf The Pub

Our place is called Sheetal Again, and it has two different parts to it—there is the restaurant and then there is Wtf The Pub. We are located over at 39-A, Circular Road in Amritsar. If you know where Khetar Pal Hospital is, we are basically right there near it. It’s a well-known corner of the 143001 area for most locals. We’ve been running things here for a good bit now, and it’s always interesting having both a restaurant and a pub in the same building. Some people come in for a quiet family meal, while others want to be in the pub area where things are a bit louder. We keep the whole place pretty casual. There is no corporate manual or anything like that; we just do what needs to be done every day to keep the place going for our customers. Circular Road can get a lot of traffic at all hours, especially with the hospital being so close by, so we see all kinds of people coming through our doors. We don't put on any acts or use fancy words. It’s just us working here, making sure the food is ready and the drinks are served cold. Sometimes the music gets a bit loud in the pub section, but that’s just how it goes. It’s a local business through and through. We’ve got our routine down after all this time. If you’re driving down Circular Road, you can see our sign pretty clearly from the street.
