rohan HELLO CHICKEN POINT

Our place, rohan HELLO CHICKEN POINT, is right on Batala Road in Amritsar. If you know where the Celebration Mall is, then you know where we are because we are directly opposite to it. It is a very busy area with a lot of cars and rickshaws passing by at all hours. We spend a lot of our time getting the chicken ready, which involves a lot of manual work in the kitchen. It can get pretty hot near the stoves, especially during the summer, but that is just how it is in this line of work. Most people stop by in the evenings after they finish work or after they have been walking around the mall. We have a very simple setup with a counter and a few places to sit, but many of our customers just take their food to go. The bright lights from the mall across the road make the area feel very active at night. We are not a big chain or anything like that, just a local spot where we do everything ourselves. There is no corporate office or marketing team behind us. We just open the shop, start the fire, and get to work. Sometimes it gets really hectic and we have to move fast to keep up with the orders. It is a loud and busy environment, but we have been here a while and know many of the people who live in the neighborhood.
